Interviews will take place virtually; training and employment will be in-person following Covid-19 safety protocols. Candidates must be available to work in a variety of outdoor conditions on a daily basis.

Join our Advisory Board

Fab Youth Philly is at a critical juncture in its growth and in need of new Advisory Board Members. Fab Youth Philly has been operating as an LLC, since its inception, though has begun the process of applying for 501c3 Nonprofit status in order to expand how we generate revenue. We are NOT seeking BOARD Members, as required by a nonprofit organization; we are seeking thought partners with specific areas of expertise to help us move through this current phase of growth. We are undergoing a process of identifying our Core Value, establishing Mission and Vision Statements, and we are also experiencing a period of programmatic growth and want to ensure that our growth maps back to our values, mission, vision, etc.


Given where we are in our growth, we are especially looking for advisors who

have experience going through a process of identifying core values, writing

mission and vision statements. We are looking for people with the following


  • Human Resources & Compliance

  • Legal & Risk Management

  • Youth Programming

  • Mental Health/Wellness

  • Evaluation

  • IT/ Technology

  • Development & Fundraising


  • Up to 4 meetings per year for a minimum of one year, or based on a specific project timeline

  • Follow/like us on Social Media

  • Share posts on your social media pages

  • Promote and participate in events like our Red Carpet Roll Out (a celebration of our Play Captains’ first day of work)


  • Great swag!

  • Low commitment with only 4 meetings per year

Internship opportunities

We love hosting interns! Some of our internship opportunities are paid, where others can be done for credit or as a volunteer. While we seek interns to help us achieve specific goals and move specific work forward, we aspire to create work-based learning experiences that help further an individual's goal, as such we can often customize the internship experience and projects.
