We are equipped to provide a wide range of consulting services and are fortunate to work with a deep roster of youth development professionals and nonprofit consultants to ensure that when necessary, a well-rounded team works on your project.

We are often hired to:

  • Serve as a though partner with executive leadership to help them strategize, align mission to programming, or shift culture.

  • Assess and improve program quality

  • Establish and facilitate Professional Learning Communities (PLC)

  • Model for, coach and assist program staff in creating high quality programs and experiences for youth

  • Help shift organizational culture by enhancing or establishing structures for on-going professional development

  • Create curricular materials and train staff how to use them effectively

  • Develop and facilitate retreats

  • Design and coordinate small to mid-size conferences

If for any reason, we discover we are not the right fit for the support you need, we can recommend a trusted colleague.

We prioritize working with organizations that have shared values.

"Rebecca has helped me think in ways that re-frame urgency and timelines that both moves quickly to address issues but does so without hurrying through more effective process and the holds the understanding that the solution will come in phases over time with continued intention, effort, and thoughtful process"

"I learned more about youth development core competencies during these PLCs (professional learning communities) than any other professional development during my career. The presentation of material and facilitation techniques are practices I still use today."

- Kevin Oberst, YMCA

"Rebecca brought her creativity and expertise in youth development, entrepreneurship and workforce development, curriculum development, program design and planning. She always and often exceeded the stated deliverables, notwithstanding unreasonable demands, delays, gaps in management. She always prioritized the beneficiaries of the programs over the just meeting the deliverables." -Melissa Kim, LISC
